Domaine Le Puy de L'Ours is a young estate full of potential. They released their first vintage in 2021 and produce elegant, fine and charming wines. Created by a young couple Jean Orsoni and Juliette Puyperoux, the name of their domain comes from a combination of their two last names. they met in Paris and it was in 2020 that they took the plunge to purchase 5 hectares of vines. The vines are grown organically and the winemaking is intended to be minimalist in order to let the terroir speak.
Remarkable, fresh, airy wines. Fine, chiselled, this Côte de Beaune white has a fresh and invigorating purity. This great white wine delights and demonstrates all the talent of this couple of winemakers.
This wine can be drunk now provided you open it in advance for at least two hours or put it in a carafe. It can be cellared for 4-6 years.
