Roger & Didier Raimbault have been growing grapes in Sancerre for ten generations. Experience, technical savoir-faire and nature combined allow them to produce wines of great quality, respecting the typical characteristics of each vintage. The estate is locat ed in Verdigny in the heart of Sancerre with two vineyards: Les Terres Blanches (kimmeridgian marls) and Les Caillottes (lime- stone). In two thirds of the vineyard area, they work the soil, and carry out griffage (a technique used to get rid of weeds). The other third is covered with grass to prevent erosion taking place on the steep slopes.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of Strawberry, Raspberry and bright minerals. Elegant yet with the firmness and acidity to bring a long finish.
