2021; Blend of 45% Roussanne, 30% Viognier, and 25% clairette

Bursts with generous aromas of stone fruits (apricot, peach), guava, passion fruit, peach blossom, and honeysuckle, before finishing clean and dry with a light squeeze of citrus. Certified organic, vegan.

Grown in calcareous clay soils. Hand and mechanical harvest. 3 weeks fermented separately in tank, half the juice experiences brief oak contact and is blended just before bottling.
