To get a wine that is orange in color, we take white grapes (Pinot Grigio & Albarino) and treat them like a red wine. This wine underwent native fermentation while on skins for 7 days to extract both flavor and color. It was then pressed and barrel aged for 1 year. This aging softened tannins and developed the luxurious mouthfeel you'll love in this wine. The wine was blended with a little Rose of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Albariño, was bottled, had its 2nd fermentation then was disgorged by hand. The resulting sparkler is juicy, rich and layered.
