Blend of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon & 2% of Ovum's "Big Salt" white blend.  An alluring bouquet of vibrant cherry jam, green fig, & salted lemon. Ripe red berries, juicy watermelon, & a hint of zesty citrus. The wine's bright acidity and light body is invigorating, while the salty finish leaves a lasting impression. The texture of this wine is refined and elegant, with a delightful balance of fruitiness and minerality.
