Made up entirely of Sauvignon Blanc, the vineyards are located among the communes of Barbaresco below and in front of Martinenga, and Treiso. The fruit comes from three different parcels with three different exposures, south, north, and west. Once collected the fruit is destemmed and pressed followed by a cold settling of the must at a low temperature. The wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel, before being left on selected lees for four to six months. The wine is briefly aged in bottle before release. Lovely aromas of peaches and melon. Medium body, with crushed stone, green apples and white peaches. Creamy texture. Delicious.
