The wine gives brilliant, acid-driven whites across the board. Perfectly ripe grape skins provided an aromatic profile that is off-the-charts with hints of chamomile, kiwi, and rock salt. On the palate it will have flavors of pear skin, limestone, and lemon verbena.

This Chardonnay pairs well with chicken cutlets, mac and cheese, and king crab tostadas.
