Its location lies halfway between the foothills of the Alps and The Mediterranean Sea in the Côtes de Provence AOP, providing the perfect microclimate for growing world class Rosé. Only grapes from the top parts of the AOP are selected for production. The grapes are gently pressed producing a beautiful light pink color and vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at moderate temperatures to reduce malolactic fermentation. Pale pink in color, pale rose petals, bright and clear. Fine and delicate on the nose, with white fruit aromas combined with citrus notes and floral nuances. The attack is ample. We find the delicacy of the nose, and a real substance on the palate well balanced with a persistent freshness. The finish shows violet notes.
