2022 Land of Saints GSM Blend, Santa Barbara County, California

The fruit hails from three different parcels and is vinified separately before being blended together. They have coaxed out the silkier side of this blend delivering something that might be described as a bit Pinot-like on the nose, but with a little more power and spice hitting the palate. Perfect with mushroom dishes and game.
