Brocard is among Burgundy's most important organic and biodynamic estates. They produce wines with precision and bright acidity. The estate is famous for an impressive range of Premier and Grand Cru Chablis, and a lively Sauvignon Blanc from the Saint-Bris appellation. Citrus notes on the nose with orange blossom.
