Hard harvested, native yeast fermentation and minimal intervention through the entire wine making process. 100% Garnacha Blanca grown in the cooler, Atlantic influenced sites in Navarra. Modestly aromatic with citrus and orchard fruits on the nose and palate. It finishes long and dry with a faint minerality. Gaupasa is a Basque word that loosely means staying out all night, this is a fun and easy wine made in that spirit.
