100% estate grown Pinot Noir. Gentle press with limited skin contact, fermented in stainless steel with a little bit of finished Pinot Noir blended in at the end for color.  Pale pink in color with peach and strawberry cream on the nose, this wine opens with juicy watermelon, garden strawberry and unripe mango leading into a lime peel grip on the finish.
