100% Chenin Blanc from two parcels (1.5 ha) situated on the Cerisaie hill, a short walk from the domaine, based in Le Puy Notre Dame. Generous fruit flavors with a clean, saline finish. It has a balanced profile of freshness and minerality.The vines are southeast-facing, on chalky Tuffeau soils with Turonian bedrock. Planted in 2005 and 2012. Pneumatic pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank, no malo, aged 6 months in stainless steel, lightly filtered.
