Every year, we aim to make a fruit-driven, dry Riesling which has an explosive flavor profile. Each year, the growing season is different which results in “vintage variation.” The 2022 Riesling Dry #239 is a wine that will improve with age. The season was hot and dry which allowed the fruit to be fully-ripe at harvest with rich flavors.
