A blend of 50% Sangiovese, 20% Trebbiano, 20% Malvasia and 10% Moscato from biodynamic vineyards. Fermentation takes place spontaneously by the yeasts and bacteria naturally present on the grapes. The wines obtained are matured in large barrels, which are made of cement, steel, oak or in stoneware jars, in order to fully express their potential.
The nose offers floral notes and typical aromas of Moscato, peach, pear and a touch of vanilla. The acidity on the palate is quite impressive, with lightness and freshness. It has a very soft but quite smooth structure. Revealing a citrus aftertaste.
