2021 Tenuta La Novella "Sambrena" Sangiovese Tuscany, Italy

Aged for 10 months in concrete tanks and stoneware jars. Natural cold stabilisation during the winter on total lees. No fining, loose filtration. The color is close to a brilliant red with purple highlights. This sangiovese, harvested earlier in the year than usual, brings freshness and red fruit aromas. The acidity in the mouth is quite impressive, light and fresh. It has a very smooth structure with a long finish.
