A full expression of terroir. An estate blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and Sylvaner, co-fermented. White strawberry from Pinot Noir, chalky richness of Chardonnay, white flowers and grapefruit from Riesling and beeswax from Sylvaner. Crafted using the ancestral method, this wine is bottled before primary fermentation is finished without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugars.
