Aged for 14 months in 25% new French oak, 25% terra cotta Amphora, and 50% neutral oak. Further aged in bottle to allow the wine to rest. This results in richness, tannin, and concentration that when balanced with the others makes for a truly complex and lovely expression of Pinot Noir. This wine is still quite tight and the long term cork closure lends itself to some reduction. Ready to enjoy with about an hour-long decant now or for a long time to come.
