OZV (Old Vine Zin) is Oak Ridge Winery's flagship expression, sourced from Lodi's old vine blocks — vines averaging 50+ years, with some parcels significantly older — which produce lower yields, more concentrated fruit, and better structural balance than younger plantings. Lodi is ground zero for American Zinfandel and OZV is a reliable, honest representation of why: jammy blackberry, bramble, black cherry, baking spice, vanilla, and a hint of chocolate on the finish.
