The estate of Monte Dall'Ora is a firm adherent to biodynamic principles and encourages the growth of biodiversity and indigenous varieties. The Valpolicella Saseti is a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Oseleta and is fermented in stainless steel tanks using only natural local yeasts. Ruby red in color with purplish tinges. On the nose, fragrant and floral with notes of cherries and red plums. On the palate, fresh and juicy. The minerality of the estate's limestone soil is evident, and the finish crisp.
