Two friends and wine legends, along with winemaker stars Mark Fincham (formerly Domaine du Pegau) and Thomas Dinel (formerly Domaine Dujac), are eager to continue the domaine’s renaissance and evolution. They have converted all the vineyards they’ve acquired to organic and biodynamic farming methods, going as far as to horse plow many of the estate vineyards. This wine is beautifully aromatic, with a cornucopia of red, black, and blue fruits. Touches of kirsch and cassis accentuate the wine's well-structured profile, while the medium-to-full body creates a harmonious, pleasurable experience for the palate.
