Januik is an independent winery under the direction of Mike Januik, one of Washington State’s most acclaimed winemakers. A blend composed of 37% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Malbec, 13% Grenache, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Syrah, 2% Mourvedre. The nose is filled with fresh blackberry, black currant and dark chocolate notes. On the palate, the wine is packed with black raspberry and vanilla flavors. A concentrated and balanced mid-palate follows into a nice supple finish.
