This beautifully structured Cabernet Sauvignon is loaded with plum and black currant flavors as well as boysenberry, chocolate, and cedar notes in the nose. Its texture is quite elegant and it shows great length throughout the mouth, imparting a long, luxurious finish that was developed in part from the use of new French Oak barrels.

The Januik Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is made from a short list of vineyards considered to be among the best in the state. The diversity of these vineyards represent many of the most mature, carefully managed sites in Washington, providing for a full range of fruit expression that allows Januik to craft complex, multi-layered wines true to Columbia Valley terroir as well as the varietal character of the grapes.
