66% Merlot, 17% Malbec, 11% Cabernet Franc, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon
Organically grown and aged in concrete. The result is a wine with buoyant aromas of black cherry, blackberry, red currant and wild flower. Deep, dark red berry flavors ink the palate, dry skin tannins and supple finish. A nice wine for venison, duck au poive, or beef bourguignon.
