2021 Coral do Mar Albariño, Rías Baixas, Spain

Produced from a single vineyard site on granite and sandy soils, which impart minerality and a fresher style to the wine. Fermented in stainless steel vats at low temperatures for three to four weeks. The wine was kept in contact with its lees for two months. Fresh flavors of orange peel, pineapple and white flowers with a rich mouth-feel.
