A blend of  95% Chenin Blanc and 5% Orange Muscat.The Chenin Blanc is from Shell Creek Vineyard. After a few hours on the skins, the grapes were directly pressed into stainless steel tank. Adding Chenin Blanc must and transferring the wine into pressurized tanks while still slightly sweet to finish fermentation. Hand-bottled. No disgorging or dosage and light sulfur at bottling. The Orange Muscat is from Hartwick Vineyard.
