Torre d’Orti is one of the most exciting biodynamic estates in Valpolicella; a region generally lacking in high quality organic production. The unique red and white chalk soil combined with the altitude gives great elegance to the wines, suitable for a long aging. This wine is produced with fresh organic grapes that reach full ripeness thanks to the extraordinary exposure of the vineyards. It is characterized by drinkability and elegant, mature tannins.
