2020 Les Parcellaires de Saulx Saint-Aubin En l’Ebaupin, Burgundy, France

Shards of limestone poke out of white, chalky soil at the top of the vineyard, moving into a iron-rich limestone at the base of the slope. This is a late ripening site with old vines delivering classic Saint Aubin aromatics, flavours and verve. Aged in barrel for 12 - 15 months. 1,500 bottles made.

with a rich and elegant body, supported by considerable minerality with flinty
