La Spinetta is a quintessential example of technical, new-school Piedmontese winemaking. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled vats followed by 12 months of aging in New French Oak, lending Bordeaux inspired spice to indigenous varietals. Color is a deep ruby red with violet tones. Hints of ripe blueberry, herbal notes and licorice. The palate is fresh and structured, on the palate it shows elegance and harmony with a clean finish.
