The Vins el Cep Kila Cava is a blend of 40% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo, and 30% Parellada. Aromas of fresh pear and honeysuckle are followed by notes of cooked-apple, pear, and a spicy hint of ginger. It is medium bodied with a nice center palate and a flavorful, creamy finish. Female owned and operated, Vins el Cep was the pioneering producer of organic and biodynamically farmed sparking wine in Spain. Kila is their entry level sparkler, and aims to be a fresh, easy drinking, but serious cava.
