This Cuvée is a blend of 98% Sauvignon Blanc, supplemented with 2% of Semillon. Chateau Biac is located on a plot under 10 hectares, on the Right Bank of Bordeaux, just steps away from the Garonne River, in the Cadillac Appellation. The Estate was purchased in 2006, and the production of this wine annually is only 2-3 barrels. Higher quality white wines from the Right Bank are richer, fuller, and not underwhelming like many leaner ones from the area. Aged in 100% new French Oak for 6 months, this wine drinks like it’s counterparts on the Left Bank in Pessac-Leognan, for a fraction of the price.⁠
