For this wine, exclusively the most stony soils of the estate are selected, in which the stone is found at a very shallow depth and with abundant coverage of calcareous material. The wines generally show excellent aromatic complexity and a lot of juiciness, texture and structure in the mouth.  Zuccardi Concreto is made from grapes grown on a selection of chalky soils at our vineyards in Paraje Altamira. 100% Malbec with fermentation and aged in concrete vessels. Part of the wine is fermented with the entire grape bunch.
