The flagship wine from Palivou Estate. All grapes on the estate are organically produced. A full-bodied wine with soft tannins. Rich in aromatic character with intense fruit and clean aromas of cherries, strawberries and gooseberries. This wine ages for 12 months in French oak followed by 8 months in bottle. A perfect example of what Agiorgitiko grapes are capable of. Red meats and spiced poultry with rich sauces. Italian home cooking, venison and smoked meats.
