This wine is aged for about 2 years in French oak barrels (new and second-use) and showcases a dark purple and ruby core with a neon pink rim in the glass. Complex notes of macerated boysenberries, black cherries,  iron ore, crushed pink peppercorn, wet earth, and bay leaf, it changes over time as you leave it in the glass. Medium to full-bodied, it finishes with a lovely blue plum and dried thyme finish.
