La Mesma is a family business meticulously run by the three Rosina sisters. Hand-picking and careful selection ensure that only the best grapes are used and that same passion carries into every step of production This wine is 100% Cortese.  Bright, straw yellow in colour, the Riserva is rich, complex and persistent, yet fresh and elegant. It can age beautifully.

Our Riserva comes from the old vineyard overlooked by the monumental Green Oak of Tassarolo. Harvested by hand and vinified in temperature-controlled cement tanks, it rests for at least eighteen months in cement and it is then aged in the bottle for another eighteen months. Straw yellow in colour, the old vines and the long aging give it structure, flavor and length, without losing the characteristic freshness and cleanliness typical of our Gavi. It is a wine meant for aging, with an evolution towards notes of petrol and tropical fruit.
