It's made with fruit from the south of Casablanca, 2018 was a cool year when he harvested early to achieve a good balance between ripeness and acidity. The wine has even lower alcohol and feels quite sharp, with a higher percentage fermented in used barrels to give it more volume. This is more citrusy than floral, but it's also less herbal and has a tasty, almost salty touch on the finish. Persistent and quite remarkable. 6,383 bottles were filled in March 2019. This should age nicely in bottle.
