The 2018 Brut Millésime Carte d’Or is equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Hautvillers and Dizy. Lemon confit, dried flowers, chamomile, mint and orange peel lend an exotic flair to this attractive Champagne. There is a weightless quality here that I especially admire. Pretty floral overtones lift the finish effortlessly.
