Greece is a country well acquainted with French Varietals, whether from Bordeaux, the Rhone, or elsewhere. These varieties grow beautifully there, with the wines taking on a fascinating savory quality characteristic of the terroir. This wine is a blend of equal parts of Syrah and Grenache and 20% Mourvèdre. The Syrah was fermented in oak casks. A full-bodied red wine with aromas of garrigue, dark fruits and spice.
