Agustí Torelló stands firmly with tradition and flavor, by using only Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Perellada, and Trepat, for rosé. Pale straw-yellow color, with very fine, persistent bubbles that evolve slowly in the glass to form a dense crown. Toasty aromas and flavors of fresh green apple, pear, and ripe citrus with spicy, nut and vanilla notes. Balanced, rich and creamy, with a long and elegant finish.
