This cuvée, a wine of character marked by pinot noir, comes from the terroir of Chigny les Roses and is made thanks to two plots "les Houssets", Pinot Noir, 1972, and "les Pécherines" Chardonnay, 1973. The mousse is generous and has a pretty cord of fine bubbles divinely accompanying the white gold dress of this vintage champagne. The nose is carried by the compote white fruits of peach and pear, as well as a touch of black fruits (bigarreaux) and notes of fresh brioche and looted hazelnuts that highlight the gourmet and fine side of this cuvée.
