Dry and powerful wine with oxidative aromas of nuts, obtained from the local Savagnin grape variety, our Yellow Wine is made from old vines of the 1950s with low yields and aged for nearly 7 years in oak barrels without stripping - an operation usually consisting of compensating the share of the angels in the barrel by regularly complete the level of the wine.
